The day dawned a bit wet and cooler today, so we spent the morning relaxing and waiting for the rain to go off.
After lunch, we drove to Margate for an outing and parked down at the waterfront. Walked along to the Turner Gallery to have a look and get a cup of tea. Some interesting exhibits there including a journal of Joseph Banks which was done on his trip with Captain Cook to Australia.
The weather was a bit damp and cool, but not too bad and it did clear up later on.
